Article 1

Part 4 of article 16 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2008 N 161-FZ "About assistance to development of housing construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 30, Art. 3617; N 52, 6419) to state 2009, to the Art. in the following edition:

"4.
