Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2000 "About the status of the capital of the Republic of Belarus - the city of Minsk" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 67, 2/185; No. 116, 2/225; 2004, No. 4, 2/1012; 2010, No. 15, 2/1666) following changes:
1. In Article 1:
in word part two "-to replace the city which is belonging to the special category of settlements of the Republic of Belarus, being" with the word "is";
in word part three "the state residence of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the supreme bodies of the government, others central" shall be replaced with words "residences of the President of the Republic of Belarus,".
2. In Article 4:
third to exclude the paragraph;
the fourth to consider the paragraph the paragraph third.
3. State Article 5 in the following edition:
"Article 5. Symbols of the capital of the Republic of Belarus
Official heraldic symbols of the capital of the Republic Belarusgerb, flag and banner are established by the President of the Republic of Belarus and brought in the State heraldic register of the Republic of Belarus.

4. Third of Article 6 to exclude part.

6. To state paragraphs of the fifth and sixth Article 9 in the following edition:
