1) in Item 3 of Article 7:

a) the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

Data on contents of documents of title, the generalized data on the rights of the individual to the real estate objects which are available or being available for it, statements containing data on transition of the rights to real estate objects, and also data on recognition of the owner incapacitated or it is limited capable are provided only:";
