About entering of amendment and change into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2009 No. 825
According to Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 4, 2011 "About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 130
1. Bring in the form of the agreement on conditions of production of cars approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2009 No. 825 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 4, 2009 No. 175" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 158, 5/30033), the following amendment and change:
to add subitem 4.4.5 of item 4 after the words "on purpose" with the words "processing equipment and";
the second subitem 9.5 of Item 9 to state part in the following edition:
"At the same time the legal successor of the reorganized Organization who signed the new agreement having the right to use the privileges provided in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 4, 2009 No. 175 "About measures for development of production of cars" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 84, 1/10596), from the date of the conclusion of the new agreement. Aggregate term of application of such privileges is determined taking into account the term of their use by the reorganized Organization and cannot exceed 10 years, and in case of prolongation of effective period of such agreement - 20 years from the date of its conclusion the reorganized Organization.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
