According to the subitem "d" of Item 5 and Item 6 parts one of Article 21, of paragraph one of part four of Article 34, of Items 4, of 5, 8 parts one of article 43 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and occupational disease which entailed disability" the paragraph the fourth Item 1 of the Procedure for ensuring separate categories of the population with technical and other means of rehabilitation and forming of the corresponding state order approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 29.11.2006 No. 1652 (with changes), the board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on ensuring with technical and other means rehabilitation of injured labor accident and occupational disease (further - the Provision) approved by the resolution of board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine (is farther - Fund) of 25.03.2008 No. 23, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.06.2008 for No. 545/15236, the following changes:
1.1. Add Chapter 1 with Item 1. 6, 1.7 following of content:
