1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 05.02.2019 No. 31.

2. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 12.08.2005 No. 290 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine and establishment of limits of open foreign exchange position of bank", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, 29.08.2005 for No. 946/11226 (with changes), such changes:

2.1. In item 4 of the word "in non-cash and cash forms" to exclude.

2.2. State Item 8 in such edition:

"8. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on General department of banking supervision (Tkachenko O. O.), Inspection department, methodology and licensing of currency transactions (Pasenov N. O.) and chiefs of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine".
