About modification and amendments in Regulations on the customs broker
According to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the State Customs Service" (1997, N 9, the Art. 230) the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Make changes and addition to Regulations on the customs broker (рег. N 1271 of September 15, 2003) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, N 17-18) according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
