About modification of appendix to the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 394 of September 29, 2005

1. In the text of appendix to the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 394 of the September 29, 2005 about approval of certifying texts and notarial certificates registered by the Ministry of Justice on September 29, 2005 at No. 421 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 135, Art. 448), shall be replaced with words the words "private / notary public" "the public notary".
2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
