in Item 2 of the word "of December 26, 1995" shall be replaced with words "of February 28, 2007";
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The organization of accounting and write-off of military property of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming is performed by the relevant state bodies in which operational management there is this property, in coordination with Committee of chiefs of headquarters of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
