About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the organizations of licensors and export licensing experts and import of specific goods in the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 29, 1998 No. 709
For the purpose of effective implementation of foreign trade activity and according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of foreign trade activity in the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the organizations of licensors and export licensing experts and import of specific goods in the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 29, 1998 No. 709 the following changes:
in the List of the organizations of licensors and experts in import licensing of specific goods approved by the above-named resolution:
- in all text of the List Ministry of Economy and Trade to replace abbreviation with abbreviation of Minekonomregulirovaniya;
- in Item 20:
in the column "Expert" abbreviation and the word "SAC "Kyrgyztamekisi" replace with abbreviation Ministry of Agriculture;
in the column "Licensor" of the word "Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic" to replace with abbreviation of Minekonomregulirovaniya;

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and environmental management of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
