Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About national sports" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 7, the Art. 270) the following change:

"Article 12. Financing of activities of the sports organizations for national sports
The sports organizations for national sports have the right of priority and additional financing from republican and local budgets. Sources of their financing is also the income from business and other economic activity, means from rendering paid sports and improving services to the population, from carrying out in accordance with the established procedure sports lotteries, voluntary contributions of the companies, organizations and the organizations, the membership fees of members of the public sports organizations, means of special funds, the income from holding sports and spectacular actions, assignments of the companies and organizations for use of sports symbolics and emblems, foreign investments, receipts from the international organizations, the target sponsor's help of foreign citizens and citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic for support and revival of national sports, other sources according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Assignments for financing of national sports are specified in the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic separately.
Receipt of funds from non-budgetary sources is not the basis for reducing budget assignments on development of national sports.".
Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
