2. To heads of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of Russia, the State Customs Committee of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, FSB of Russia and their territorial authorities on subjects of the Russian Federation:
- be guided when implementing interaction of tax and law enforcement agencies by the Procedure approved by this order;
- develop procedure for information exchange with tax authorities in the course of implementation of interaction at the stage provided by item 2. the approved Procedure;
