From the date of enforcement of this resolution to recognize invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 3, 2002 N 209 "About approval of the Instruction about the list, forms and terms of accounts presentation by the insurance (reinsurance) organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan under N 1915, Habarshysa's Bankinin published on July 15-28, 2002 in editions of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Kazakstan Ulttyk" and "the Bulletin of National Bank of Kazakhstan") and the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 16, 2002 N 46 "About approval of the Instruction about forms and term of submission by the insurance (reinsurance) organizations of reports on insurance and reinsurance activity" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan under N 1808, published on March 25 - on April 7, 2002 in editions of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Kazakstan Ulttyk Habarshysa's Bankinin" and "the Bulletin of National Bank of Kazakhstan").
