1. Temporarily, till June 1, 2011 when importing (import) to customs area of Ukraine of grain of buckwheat which is classified according to UKT foreign trade activities by commodity subcategories 1103 19 90th 00, 1104 29 18th 00, 1104 29 30th 00, 1104 29 59 00 and 1104 29 89 00, import duty is collected on zero rate.
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective till June 1, 2011.
