1. Approve the Procedure for conducting documentary checks not eligible to travel abroad by customs authorities which is applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Procedure for conducting documentary checks not eligible to travel abroad by customs authorities

1. This Procedure determines the main requirements concerning conducting documentary checks not eligible to travel abroad by customs authorities (further - check) which subject are timeliness, reliability, completeness of charge and tax payment and charges, control of which collection is imposed by the law on customs authorities.

2. Inspection is carried out after the omission of goods and vehicles through customs border of Ukraine according to Article 69 of the Customs code of Ukraine.

3. It is performed in case:

identifications of the signs testimonial of possible violation of the tax legislation on analysis results of electronic copies of customs declarations, information concerning goods which customs clearance is complete of the foreign economic activity received from subjects and producers of such goods from the Internet, scientific literature, the conclusions of the experts accredited according to the legislation and so forth;
