About rates for natural gas
Due to the increase in purchase price at natural gas for JSC Moldovagaz, for the purpose of reliable providing consumers with natural gas and reduction of rates in compliance with real costs the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power (NARE) DECIDES:
1. Approve rates for natural gas according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 376 of May 14, 2010 (Monitorul Oficialal Republicii Moldova No. 75-77/292 of 18:05. 2010).
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2011.
