About approval of the Regulations on movement of funds of single fee for obligatory national social insurance
According to part six of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance", Item 12 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.10.2007 of N 1261, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on movement of funds of single fee for obligatory national social insurance which are applied.
2. (Pridnya T. G.) and to legal management (Ryabtsev) of T.B. to submit to department of the consolidated budget this resolution for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of Koronevsky V. M.
