According to Item 17 parts two of Article 6, of parts two, third, fifth Article 17 and part five of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing" and for the purpose of determination of the procedure of stop of financial transactions concerning which there is suspicion that they are connected with legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, or terrorism financing or the international sanctions are applied concerning which, ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for acceptance by the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine for the decision on stop of financial transactions which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine of 19.04.2006 N 74 "About approval of the Procedure for acceptance by the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine of the decision on the subsequent stop of carrying out financial transaction if her participant or the beneficiary on it is person included in the list of faces tied with implementation of terrorist activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 04.05.2006 for N 514/12388.
