In pursuance of requirements of the Procedure for carrying out by customs authorities at the companies of checks of reporting system and accounting of goods and vehicles which move through customs border of Ukraine of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of 23.12.2004 of N 1730, and for the purpose of documentation of results performed I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for registration of results of carrying out by customs authorities at the companies of checks of reporting system and accounting of goods and vehicles which move through customs border of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. Vr.i.o. head of the department of risk analysis and audit (Zhilyaev I. V.) and (Melnik M. V.) to provide to the director of Legal department provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To chiefs of customs authorities:

3.1. Bring this order to permission of staff and provide observance of its requirements.

3.2. Inform on requirements of this order of taxpayers by lighting it in local mass media and at evident stands in the locations of the relevant divisions of customs authorities.

4. Determine that this order becomes effective in 5 days after its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of the order on вр.и.о. head of the department of risk analysis and audit Zhilyaev I. V.
