According to the Regulations on the State Customs Service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 24.08.2000 of N 1022, Articles 312 and 313 of the Customs code of Ukraine and for the purpose of simplification of the procedure of customs clearance of the goods moved through customs border of Ukraine, assistance to development of economic activity I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for adoption of provisional solutions about classification and coding of goods in UKT foreign trade activities it (is applied).

2. To the central customs authority of laboratory researches and expert work (Ruvin O. G.) in 10-day time to make corresponding changes to Regulations on Management.

3. To the central customs authority of laboratory researches and expert work (Ruvin O. G.) and to Legal support department (Stupak Yu. V.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To management of information support and customs statistics (Koposov S.A.) in a month from the date of signing of this order to develop program and information complex for maintaining the register of provisional solutions about classification of goods according to UKT foreign trade activities.

5. (Timofeev V. S.) to provide to management of material logistics production of forms of the provisional solution about classification of goods according to UKT foreign trade activities.
