The parliament of the Republic of Moldova adopts this law.
(1) Police agencies, other investigating bodies in case of making of crimes, the fire brigades and other state bodies establishing and investigating the road accidents or other insured events shall represent upon the demand of the insurer to it acts and data on the reasons and circumstances of approach of insured events and of the caused damage for the purpose of determination of the sizes and payment by the insurer of insurance indemnities and insurance sums.
(2) Police agencies upon the demand of insurers tell them data on numbers of the registered vehicles.
The disputes arising between the insurer and the insurer, and also between other persons, connected with accomplishment of insurance bonds are permitted by competent degree of jurisdiction of the general jurisdiction or economic degree of jurisdiction according to the current legislation.
The insurers registered about day of entry into force of this law shall within 18 months from the date of the introduction it in force increase the authorized capital to the size established in part (1) Article 48.
