About procedure for collection of single collection

According to explanations of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine (the letter of 27.05.03 of N 5730a/433), according to the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of single collection which is levied at check points through frontier of Ukraine" of 12.07.01 N 2659-III single collection is levied at check points through frontier only when moving goods in import regime or in transit.

Carrying out ecological and radiological goods control which are exported for borders of customs area of Ukraine and which customs clearance is carried out in internal customs is not connected with collection of single collection and does not join in its amount.
