About procedure of customs control and customs clearance of goods and vehicles which move by trains of the combined transport
For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for acceleration of transit movement of goods by customs area of Ukraine, enhancement of forms and methods of customs control and customs clearance of goods and vehicles which move rail media (trains of the combined transport), report.

To article 6 of the Law of Ukraine of 20.10.99 N 1172-XIV "About transit of loads" (with changes) it is determined that in case of transit of loads by rail in customs authorities on sites to which scope of the Convention on the international rail haulings (KOTIF) extends the CIM document (CIM) is submitted. In case of transit of loads by rail on other sites in customs authorities the superimposed UMVS (SMGS) or superimposed TsIM/UMVS (CIM/SMGS, TsIM/SMGS) containing the data necessary for implementation of customs control is represented.
According to Article 165 of the Customs code of Ukraine the owner of goods or person authorized by it it can be chosen, in the presence of the bases, one of the measures of guaranteeing the goods delivery in customs authority of appointment determined by Article 161 of the Customs code of Ukraine namely:
1) provision by the owner of goods (authorized by it person) guarantees to customs authorities;
2) protection and maintenance of goods by customs authorities;
3) transportation of goods by customs carrier;
4) transportation on the terms of the Customs convention about international delivery of loads using the book of MDP of 1975 (Conventions MDP of 1975).
