About the announcement of the moratorium on carrying out by bodies of Tax Service of time inspections of activities of the physical persons paying tax on the basis of the voluntary patent
For the purpose of rendering assistance to recovery of economic activity, elimination of excessive intervention in activities of the physical persons paying tax on the basis of the voluntary patent, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Impose moratorium on implementation by bodies of Tax Service of time inspections of activities of the physical persons paying tax on the basis of the voluntary patent, except as specified receipts of the written address statement from the physical persons paying tax on the basis of the voluntary patent about carrying out time inspection.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication and is effective till December 31, 2010 inclusive.
