1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for conducting examination of value and transfer on the state document storage in electronic form and information resources.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the State committee on archives and clerical work of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2000 No. 12 "About approval of the instruction "About frequency of creation of archive copies of information resources and procedure for their transfer on the state storage" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 42, 8/3280);
the resolution of Committee on archives and clerical work under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 2005 No. 3 "About approval of the Instruction for conducting examination of value and transfer of electronic documents and information resources on the state storage" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 56, 8/12367).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 21, 2011.
