About Regulations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enforcement of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic", and also according to Articles 2, of 14, of the 20th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" and, being guided by Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 12, 2010 No. 12, according to which ensuring activities of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic is assigned to Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the ministries, state committee, administrative departments, local public administrations and other state bodies and organizations:

- accept these Regulations to management and strict execution;

- organize work on studying of provisions of these Regulations in central offices and structural divisions of state bodies;

- in two weeks to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 4, 2006 No. 1 "About approval of Regulations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 8, 2006 No. 333 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 4, 2006 No. 1 "About approval of Regulations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
