About change of retail prices on motor gasoline and diesel fuel
The Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Establish since July 1, 2010 retail prices on:
Ai-80 brand motor gasoline - in the amount of 1 075 sum for one liter;
motor gasoline of the A-92 and Ai-93 Ai-91, brands - in the amount of 1 205 sum for one liter;
Ai-95 brand motor gasoline - in the amount of 1 355 sum for one liter;
diesel fuel - in the amount of 1 075 sum for one liter;
the EKO diesel fuel - in the amount of 1 125 sum for one liter.
2. Determine since July 1, 2010 payment amount of monthly monetary compensation of part of expenses on motor gasoline acquisition to the separate categories of persons determined by the legislation in the amount of 21 500 (twenty one thousand five hundred) sum.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan till July 1, 2010 to approve and bring price lists of new retail prices for motor gasoline and diesel fuel to all interested ministries, departments, the companies and the organizations.
4. To Uznefteprodukt joint-stock company and its regional companies, and also the business entities enabling the realization of motor gasoline and diesel fuel at gas stations to make as of July 1, 2010 revaluation of remaining balance of motor gasoline and diesel fuel at gas station. The sum of revaluation is completely granted on the income of the government budget.
5. Consider invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 12, 2008 N 206.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan E. R. Shaismatov.
