About creation of Public TV and radio broadcasting in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of stabilization of information space of the Kyrgyz Republic, implementation of mechanisms of civil control and increase in role of public broadcasting service, the Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic accepts this Decree:
1. Give the status of Public TV and radio broadcasting of National telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic with the name "Public Telebroadcasting Corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic".
2. Approve the Provision "About Public Telebroadcasting Corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic" it (is applied).
3. The supervisory Board of Public telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic consists of 15 people.
Members of the Supervisory board of Public telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic are appointed the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. The provisional government of the Kyrgyz Republic by rating vote selects 15 people from among the candidates offered by non-profit organizations. The term of office of members of council constitutes three years.
The CEO of Public telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic is elected members of the Supervisory Board of Public telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic for a period of 5 years.
4. In case of contradiction of this Decree to other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic this Decree is effective.
In the presence of contradictions between the Provision "About Public Telebroadcasting Corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic" and this Decree, regarding procedure for forming of the Supervisory Board of Public telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic regulations of this Decree are effective.
