About establishment of the maximum cost of services for storage of subjects to the state price regulation and for conversion of grain on flour

According to subitem 9.2.7 of Item 9.2 of Article 9 and subitem 14.2.4 of Item 14.2 of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.12.2008 N 1128 "Some questions of use of grain of the state intervention fund" (with changes) and of 11.02.2010 N 139 "About purchase of services by Agrarian fund" I ORDER:

1. Establish the maximum cost of services:

for storage of grain which is subject to the state price regulation, in the amount of 17, 50 UAH for ton including VAT for each 30 calendar days of such storage of each metric unit of measure of its amount;

for storage of granulated sugar (beet) which is subject to the state price regulation, in the amount of 12, 50 UAH for ton;

for conversion of grain on flour which is subject to the state price regulation, in the amount of 260, 00 UAH for ton including VAT.

2. To development department of the agrarian market (Rozgon A. V.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of the order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
