According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies" (2001, N 9-10, Art. 169) and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 1, 2007 N PP-722 "About measures for further enhancement of system of execution of judgments, material and financial provision of Judicial department under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Ministry of Justice and Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for use of information of National information base of bank depositors in case of search of bank accounts of debtors and their debtors according to appendix (the text is provided in Uzbek).
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic.
