About approval of the Regulations on procedure for state registration of credit unions and issue of licenses to them
According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, N 12, the Art. 247), "About credit unions" (2002, N 4-5, Art. 65) the Board of the Central bank decides sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for state registration of credit unions and issue of licenses to them according to appendix (the text is provided in Uzbek).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 13, 2006 N 11/9 "About approval of regulations on procedure for state registration of credit unions and issue of licenses to them" (reg. N 1586 of June 23, 2006) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, N 25-26, Art. 243).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
