About approval of the Regulations on licensing of commodity exchanges in the territory of the Russian Federation
According to the Law of the Russian Federation "About commodity exchanges and exchange trade" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of commodity exchanges in the territory of the Russian Federation.
2. Determine that the Federal Service for Financial Markets performs powers on control and supervision concerning commodity exchanges.
3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
4. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
5. Activities for the organization of stock exchange trading are subject to reduction in compliance with requirements of the Regulations on licensing of commodity exchanges in the territory of the Russian Federation within 6 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
6. This resolution becomes effective after 3 months from the date of its official publication.
