About approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social compensations during the cold period of 2010
For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law on social compensations during the cold period of 2010 No. 15-XVIII of February 26, 2010. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 33, the Art. 59) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social compensations during the cold period of 2010 it (is applied).
2. Social compensation is established in the amount of 130 lei.
3. The expenses connected with payment of social compensation and its administration are performed at the expense of means of the government budget through the budget of the national social insurance.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.
