For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for issue of visas of the Republic of Kazakhstan we ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue of visas of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Recognize invalid some joint orders of the State secretary - the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the acting minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this order.
3. This order becomes effective since March 1, 2010.
