Article 1. To establish official pay rate of the President of the Republic of Armenia in the amount of 80 000 dram.
Article 2. To establish official pay rates of the Chairman of National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia in the amount of 60 000 dram.
Article 3. To establish official pay rate of the vice-chairman of National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia in the amount of 46 000 dram.

Official pay rates of the chairman of the Permanent commission of National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, minister, permanent member of the Permanent commission of National Assembly, member of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia, Chairman of Cassation (Supreme) Court, Attorney-General, mayor-city governor of Yerevan, governor. The chairman of Control chamber of National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the Chairman of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Armenia to establish in the amount of 40 000 dram.
Article 5. To the chairman of the Permanent commission of National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, the vice-chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia to establish the allowance in the amount of 2000 dram.
Article 6. To establish the expense amount connected with deputy activities of the deputy of National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia in the amount of 3000 dram.
Article 7. To establish official pay rate of the member of Cassation (Supreme) Court in the amount of 38 000 dram.
