This Law establishes bases of creation, the implementation and the terminations of organization activity which are not pursuing the profit earning aims.
The organization which is not pursuing the profit earning aim is called the company having the status of the legal entity, the owner (owners) of which the charter is forbidden to get profit on the enclosed property.
For the organizations which are not pursuing the profit earning aims, the legislation of the Republic of Armenia establishes the permitted fields of activity. The fields of activity specified in articles of organization shall provide implementation of the main activities of this organization which is not pursuing the profit earning aim.
For occupation the separate types of economic activity established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia it is necessary to obtain the license.
Organization activity, not pursuing the profit earning aims, is regulated by this Law, the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the companies and business activity", other legal acts of the Republic of Armenia.
If other rules are established by the international treaties signed by the Republic of Armenia, than those which contain in this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.
