1. Establish rates of tax on physical persons on consumption since January 1, 2010:
gasoline, diesel fuel for vehicles - 145 sum for 1 liter;
gas for vehicles - 145 sum for 1 kg.
2. To the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-day time to bring the established rates to taxpayers.
3. Declare since January 1, 2010 invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 30, 2008 N 286 "About establishment of rate of tax on physical persons on consumption of gasoline, diesel fuel and gas for vehicles".
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
