1. Establish the tariff quotas concerning meat of cattle, fresh or cooled, refrigerated, goods items of 0201 FEACN CU and 0202 FEACN CU (further - beef), pork fresh, cooled or refrigerated, and trimming of goods item 0203 FEACN CU (further - pork) and fowl of goods item 0207 FEACN CU (further - bird) imported on customs area of the Russian Federation in 2010 - 2012 according to customs regime of release for internal consumption, except for the beef, pork or bird occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS in amounts according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:

a) perform distribution:

till December 18, 2009 - 25 percent of amounts of the goods provided for 2010 by appendix to this resolution between the participants of foreign economic activity performing import to customs area of the Russian Federation in 2009 of beef, pork or bird according to customs regime of release for internal consumption in proportion to the amounts of beef, pork or bird imported by these participants in 2007 - 2008 and from January 1 to September 30, 2009, except for the beef, pork or the bird occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS, and the beef classified according to FEACN CU in subsubline items 0201 30 000 5, 0202 30 100 5, 0202 30 500 5 and 0202 30 900 5;
