According to the Procedure for provision in 2009 of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2009 N 608, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for renewal of special permissions to use of natural resources which is applied.
2. (Mormul D. D.) to provide to the public geological service submission of this order on state registration in Ministry of Justice.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Chernokur I. G.

1. Special permissions to use of natural resources (dalsherazresheniye) are renewed in cases, stipulated in Item 17 Procedures for the provision in 2009 of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2009 N 608 (further - the Procedure).
2. For renewal of permission the subject of managing (dalshezayavitel) submits to Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources the application for renewal of permission together with permission which is subject to renewal:
