About enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About peasant and collective peasant economy"
The Supreme Council of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. Enact the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About peasant and collective peasant economy" since February 20, 1991.
2. Before reduction of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About peasant and collective peasant economy" the existing acts of the republican legislation are applied so far as they do not contradict the Law.
3. In settlements in which there are no relevant Councils of People's Deputies functions of the choice of form of withdrawal of the parcels of land and provision of lands are performed by the district commissions on land reform and privatization, and in settlements in which regional authorities still are finally not created the-seater commissions on land reform and privatization formed of representatives of the elected People's Deputies and local population. In the specified cases the choice of form of withdrawal of the parcels of land and granting lands perform the relevant regional councils of People's Deputies.
4. Establish for process of land reform and privatization biennial term, since February 20, 1991. Determine that the commissions on land reform and privatization stop the activities after this term and their competence pass to the relevant local councils of People's Deputies. Activities of the commissions on land reform and privatization can be stopped before fixed term according to the decision of the relevant higher commission if they completed implementation of the tasks assigned to them.
5. Provisions of the first and second Sections of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About peasant and collective peasant economy", having temporary application, are effective before the end of process of land reform and privatization.
