1. Approve the enclosed Rules of primary accounting of waters.
2. To department of strategy of use of natural resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tolkimbekov E. R.):
1) to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) to take other measures following from this order.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
