This Procedure determines storage precautions of federal special brands (further - brands) in the organizations performing production of alcoholic products with content of ethyl alcohol more than 9 percent of amount of finished goods in the territory of the Russian Federation (further - the organizations), except for the alcoholic products exported the Departments of FNS of Russia for the subject of the Russian Federation and interregional Inspectorates of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the largest taxpayers (further - territorial tax authorities).
