According to item 4 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2009 "About creation of additional terms for investing activities in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 10

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for approval of the list of the equipment and (or) the spare parts to it imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the objects connected with implementation of the investment project within the investment contract with the Republic of Belarus.

2. This resolution becomes effective since November 8, 2009.
