About approval of the Instruction about structure, procedure for filling, representation and publication of the specialized reporting of professional participants of the security market
According to article 8 provisions Item h) the Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 on the National commission on securities (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 22-23/91 of 04.03.1999). The national commission on securities DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about structure, procedure for filling, representation and publication of the specialized reporting of professional participants of the security market (appendix No. 1).
2. The regulations approved by Item 1 of this resolution become effective since 01.10.2004.
3. Recognize invalid regulations of the National commission on securities according to appendix No. 2.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of professional activity and monitoring in the secondary market and the department of professional investment types of activity.
