About rate of import customs duty

For the purpose of reduction in cost of anidny and viscose cord fabrics, increase in production efficiency:

1. Establish for a period of nine months rate of import customs duty zero (0) percent concerning the goods according to appendix imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of Integration Committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective since September 5, 2009.
