1. Approve the enclosed Provision "About Department of Special Prosecutors of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
2. Declare invalid the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2008 No. 40 "About approval of the Provision "About Department of Special Prosecutors of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy attorney general of the Republic of Kazakhstan supervising questions of activities of special prosecutors.
4. This order inform heads of structural divisions of the office of the Prosecutor General's Office, Committee on legal statistics and special accounting, the Main Military Procuracy, prosecutor's offices of areas and equated to them, Institute under the Prosecutor General's Office of S. Eskarayev.
