1. Approve Rules on creation of Instructions for production of flights in areas of airfields and airfields (Aeronautical passports of airfields).
2. To impose control of execution of this order on the head of department of the state supervision of safety of flights of Committee of civil aviation Akkulov N. T.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing, is subject to acquaintance and mailing.
