1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for medical examination for factual determination of alcohol intake, drugs, the psychotropic, toxic or other stupefying substances and state of intoxication.
2. To the republican state bodies subordinated to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
