In pursuance of the subitem 7) of Item 2 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 1999 "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules on equipment of processing lines by survey meters of accounting.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of Committee on the state control over production and turnover of alcoholic products of the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 1998 No. 52 "About approval of the Instruction for the automated accounting of production volumes of alcoholic products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 753).

3. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication in mass media in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
