1. Approve the enclosed "Standard agreement on supply of natural gas to the residential customer with use of the metering device of gas with smart card".
2. To direct to management of fuel and energy complex of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic this Order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and to notify him on source of official publication of this Order.
3. This Order becomes effective after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic after the expiration of 15 days from the moment of official publication in mass media.
4. To general department of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring this Order to the attention of all heads of the companies, irrespective of pattern of ownership, performing the activities in the gas industry.
5. To impose control of execution of this Order on the head of department of fuel and energy complex of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic Mamytov M. A.
